He's long and athletic enough to play just enough team D. If he wasn't on our team (and asking out), he'd be the guy we'd try to grab in free agency. I think it should be Franz or Banchero but I fear that Cole or Suggs may interfere by shooting/turning it over too much.

If the goal is to build around Fultz, Banchero, and F-Wagner, then Carter is a fit and the team is only a SG away from having a starting five.
