The Knicks value Rose a lot for whatever reason, I don’t think they’re interested in simply dumping him. If he were a FA maybe but not a guy I’d trade for, he’s old and too often injured.

Grizzlies get: George Hill
Bucks get: Xavier Tillman

Hill fits in to the TPE the Grizzlies created in the Grayson Allen trade. Bucks get a cheap modern 5.

I’d expand on this trade if the Knicks are able to sign Brunson.

Bucks Out: Hill and 2 future 2nds
Bucks In: Tillman and McBride

Knicks Out: McBride
Knicks In: 2 future 2nds

Grizzlies Out: Tillman
Grizzlies In: Hill

Use TPMLE to sign Taurean Prince.
Resign Portis and Matthews
Sign Daunel House (vet min)

PG - Holiday, McBride, Vildoza
SG - Matthews, Allen, House, Tucker
SF - Middleton, Connaughton, Beauchamp
PF - Giannis, Prince, Thanasis
C - Lopez, Portis, Tillman

How about Konchar instead of Tillman? I'd be down.

I’d be fine with this deal but think we might need to send a 2nd to Memphis.

Yeah that's what I thought this was. Didn't know he was owed $14 mill a year.

Yeah but we'd be losing 18.4 MPG of playing time so pretty even IMO.

Why do you call Collins, or Wood, empty stats guys? Both of their teams were significantly better with them on the floor through their careers. Guys who make their teams worse, like Domatas Sabonis or DDR, are better examples of empty stats.

Also, Wood is not on the Hawks.

Atlanta is moving him because the GM is a moron who has no clue what their issues are. He's just guessing and scapegoating until he get fired.

There's definitely something going on with Christian Wood that NBA teams dont like. At his size and skillset, a team would have wanted to lock him up long term by now (and kept him) if that weren't the case. It smells like a locker room thing.

I think him being a black hole on offense and not being good on defense is sufficient.

The Iverson Molinar signing is very interesting. If he would have been the 58th pick that would have been solid.

Buying low after a bizarrely bad year shooting from 3 could payoff. He goes from 44% as a Soph. to .25% as a Jr. for no apparent reason is why he wasn't drafted. If his 3pt shot returns to earlier form, which his 2pt% and FT% says it should, the Bucks could have a player.

We've had success with this kind of "unexpected regression" prospect in the past (Redd, Middleton), although Molinar wasn't esteemed quite at that level.

Evans Ganapamo is on the Bucks Summer League team. Like his film. Older player, but has really improved.

Molinar this season had 100% of his 3s assisted this year, but in his best 3pt% year only 69% were assisted. Perhaps he’s a better shooter from 3 off the dribble than he is catch and shoot?

Those are nice comps. He's not as big as those two, but has good size for the point. He's also a better athlete.

Good info.

I like that he was really good at the rim and his FT shooting was excellent. A very good possibility his poor 3pt shooting last year was an outlier.
