Can imagine Nwora following Darvin to the Lakers. Maybe Cousins too, if he doesn't stick in Denver, since they seemed close here.

Yes, I would offer a multi year tax MLE deal to Hartenstein. Dude can pass and handle the ball, so there's some serious upside. And his shot isn't broken either.

If we bring in Hartenstein, we better be dumping Brook. We can't pay $30 million to centers that aren't assets come playoff time again, or we'll get exposed again. We need help in other areas. We need an upgrade from Allen.

I doubt Hartenstein is coming in for the tax MLE and I really don’t see us finding an upgrade from Allen with it either, much less in trade with no real assets to send out. It’s looking like another Semi+Hood off-season. Maybe we can keep Carter and find a kid like last years Hartenstein since he was one of the last FA signed last offseason

A very strong NO to TJ Warren. He has been one of the absolutely worst defenders in the league. It's one thing to have a defender, like Brook, who is good guarding on the drop or can at least defend other centers. TJ Warren can't defend anyone. He's not only unswitchable, like Brook, but he can't guard his own man.

Yes, he's a good scorer, but he has little lateral quickness and with his injuries, is probably worse than before. He's also the opposite of a "dog" when he's on the floor.

I doubt the Bucks have any interest in him. Or at least I hope they don't.

Wouldn't having Hartenstein and Brook on the roster be redundant?

Hartenstein would be great but with Bobby likely back, he wouldn't be my first priority.

Delon Wright
Otto Porter
Victor Oladipo
Malik Monk
Tyus Jones
Nic Batum
Thad Young

^^Grab any one of those guys on the TPMLE plus Wes on the minimum and call it an offseason.

Good list. Porter and Oladipo are interesting.

Brook is 34, in the last year of his contract and a year removed from back surgery. Hartenstein is 24.

It would be fine for the regular season, but the move would be done with the hopes Hartenstein replaces Lopez so you can trade him at the deadline. In the playoffs the only team we can face where we might want two centers is Philly.

My TPMLE targets

Hartenstein
Gary Harris
Delon Wright
Danuel House
Otto Porter Jr
If none of those work I'd take a shot on TJ Warren

Other guys I wouldn't mind taking a shot on
Josh Okogie for a minimum
Gary Payton II
Thad Young
Kyle Anderson
Jalen Smith

Teams do foolish things all the time, like giving Gerorge Hill a 2 yr deal.

Start taking firsts and it'll stop quickly.

Edit: Also, hell no to Warren. Yuck.

I'd take Hartenstein in a heartbeat and sort out the wing at the deadline, probably by trading Brook.

Has there been any media reports whatsoever linking the Bucks to anyone other than Micic or possibly DRose?

I bet every one of those guys stays with the team they are on but Delon and possibly Thad.

Frank Kaminsky feels like a Bud guy.
