Ugh.

Porter would be the FA that makes the most sense to me if Tucker leaves.

The goal for riley is to get a significant player first and then worry about the tucker role.. with or without tucker, this same squad next years 4th seed at best and possibly bounced the first round. It would be another year older Jimmy doing a one man show again in the playoffs. We arent built to compete against Boston and Milwaukee.

The only times “running it back” has worked is when we had Prime Lebron, Wade and Bosh on the same team. And even then we added ray allen and other pieces to improve.

We tried running it back the season after the bubble and we failed hard.. hell we tried running it back after we won in 2006 with Wade and a bunch of old guys, got swept.. history is going to repeat itself again if Riley is not able to land that third star.

Even golden state couldn’t even technically run it back

I’ll be pretty pissed

Talk about a bi polar team, Finals then swept, then eastern finals, (swept or maybe play in team?)
Remember Butler was fresh for the playoffs because he missed around 20 games in the regular season. He won't have that luxury. Lowry missed a ton of games also and even fresh was trash in the playoffs. I can totally see us getting swept.

I will be repeating myself a lot for track records. This summer is not a good time for the Heat to make a move, it will be during the season and trade deadline.

Build up players trade value for a big move midseason. Only make a trade for a core player. A role player will be available early in the season.

Adam, I like to yell at people and not destroy my public image. We have a good group in here though and a brethren with an inside scoop on the front office side of things. Provide the name From Ariel’s initial tweet and we provide the most recent saucy nugget we’ve received. Educated guess for educated guess if you will.

My sauces tell me the Heat will sign a player. This player is a male and is currently an NBA player playing on another team.

It’s been clear for literally 3 years now we needed to swing a move for an all star level scorer. It’s about time to finally go all in and get it done. Lowry and his BBL were not the answer

Somebody clearly blew the whistle to Adam about this forum now he's got our attention. In the end we are all Heat fans who want to bounce things off of each other about improving the team. Some like to do it in the obscurity of RealGM amongst a really good hardcore group of knowledgeable fans and others love the attention of Twitter. It's all good

I personally enjoy y’all basketball knowledge and learning what I can from the group of peers we have here. Twitter is just casual talk and a lot of bashing and hating.
