Disciplinary hearings going on now. NFL is pushing for at least a year suspension.
ESPN says allegations range from “inappropriate behavior to sexual assault” though details of the cases are suppose to remain under wrap.
NFLPA is pushing for no suspension at all citing the fact that Texas grand jury declined to pursue prosecution on two occasions.
Meanwhile Baker Mayfield said he wouldn’t rule out playing another year in Cleveland if the team came to him.

Not much, even if Watson is suspended, they might go with some other QB option.
So Andrew Brandt let out some more details, like this is the first time the NFL and NFLPA is using this process, leaving it to a former federal judge to decide what the punishment would be.
Both sides can appeal the ruling. But Goddell would be able to add to any penalty imposed. However, Goddell may be reluctant to overrule this respected former federal judge and also the first time for this process.
But even like an 8 game suspension would basically write off the season for the Browns, because by that point, Watson will have not played for 2 years.
The other thing is the potential liability of the Texans.
For one thing, one of the lawyers of the 20 plaintiffs who settled is suing the team, suggesting they are guilty to some degree.
There are allegations that the Texans reserved nice hotel rooms for these little "massage sessions." If it turns out they paid for the rooms, they could be guilty of salary cap violations.
Or at least facilitating the violations which are at issue. They also helped Watson to get these women to sign NDAs.
