Max offer is 4/48. If I'm not mistaken, would look something like this:
10.6
11.5
12.4
13.4

I'm not missing that. I've read multiple articles stating that despite that he's a non-bird RFA. I don't know exactly how it works, but I wouldn't be surprised if bird rights from one two way to another don't carry over (he first signed for 2 years, then for 1). And besides that, the Clippers are just as hard against the tax as we are. They could make a business decision to let him go, too.
I'm fairly certain here. Bird rights accrue in the same fashion as standard NBA contracts. Ie. Three service years equals three bird years and full rights. The same would be true about a player on a standard contract signing a two year deal and then returning on a one year deal with a team. They carry over in the same manner and the conversion from two way to standard is inconsequential.
Not saying they won't let him go regardless.
I could see this case being buried somewhere in the fine print. He's also hitting RFA for a second time. I know two way contracts count towards bird rights and years in the league, but maybe consecutive two ways with the same team don't? Otherwise could also be that multiple articles are wrong or one copied from another.

Something by the deadline? I have this sneaky suspicion that's on the table (especially since both Lopez and Allen are expiring, friendly deals).

grayson doesn't expire until the 23-24 season, right?

From what I remember Horst threw in the Horst Special with a player-option after the first year. I could be wrong.

Otto Porter Jr. is expected to receive multiple offers for the taxpayer mid-level, putting his future with the Warriors in doubt.
Victor Oladipo is not expected to return to the Heat and is said to have interest from Washington, Denver and Detroit, in the salary range of the taxpayer MLE.

However that'd depend on who else we could be looking at using the tpmle on...as well as how cash-conscious ownership is insisting we be.Otto Porter Jr. is expected to receive multiple offers for the taxpayer mid-level, putting his future with the Warriors in doubt.Victor Oladipo is not expected to return to the Heat and is said to have interest from Washington, Denver and Detroit, in the salary range of the taxpayer MLE.
