There's been far less movement/signing news in the week leading up to free agency this year than in previous years.

The NBA Off season is an entertaining show in of itself. I don't know why the league pretends to have any time off or rules whatsoever. Just let it run, let the rumors fly, and let us all have fun.

I mean the Sixers have been flagrantly tampering with PJ Tucker so I'm not sure what's even considered illegal anymore

The tampering rules have always been arbitrary and made no sense, we’re not enforceable, and have just been stupid. It’s long overdue to just get rid of them all.

I think they proved it because NOLA called the league and complained. The problem for the Bulls was Ball was announced like 2 minutes after the FA started. Same with Lowry.

What is going on this year is very odd no doubt... The wrist slapping of last year isn't discouraging anything this year...

All teams have to do is wait like an hour before calling the league and they will be good.

No Doubt. The Bulls didn't leak it though someone else did maybe the agent and that is what got them and Miami busted. Literally as said just wait an hour. This year it is gross how much talk is coming out before FA though

Probably not over. Usually the league doesn't act until the deal actually gets signed. I won't be surprised to see some fines announced in a week or two.

NBA only selectively enforces tampering and other rules, the Bucks getting punished last year was a joke
