i don't know specifics about what someone with diabetes can eat but i only ever eat natural peanut butter which is just nuts, oil and salt, stirring it is annoying, and you can get a lot of good jams that are just all fruit and sweetened with fruit juice. outside of the bread, it's a lot like just eating fruit and nuts.

I’ve been doing peanut butter power and sugar feee jelly with sugar free syrup to keep the macros down. It’s a pale shadow of even natural PB taste but IIFYM

base comp S&T rules...it would be nearly impossible.

Dallas would have to send us more salary and we would have to get the cap space to be able to bring on the additional money.

Basically how it works. Randle makes 24 MM . Brunson gets paid says 25 a year or lets say 29 starting with deescalates which some has said could happen. That would make him have a starting salary to trade at around 15 MM. So even with the 125% per trade. It woudln't get to Randle 24 MM.

We could do Fournier because he makes 18 MM and that would fit into the 50% brunsons S&T salary if we started brunson around 29 MM.

Basically to make a Randle S&T work with Brunson...we would have to be able to take back Dwight Powell as well into our caps space which means we would have to move Cam Reddish for basically nothing to another team. It would get really complicated.

There are pros and cons to this:

1. Brunson and Fournier defending on the wings is pretty much a recipe for disaster defensively but pretty dangerous offensively. Trading Fournier in a Brunson deal would leave room for another major free agency/sign-and trade move.

2. Giving the Mavericks Fournier is definitely gonna offset some of the impact of losing Brunson. I think there is a solid chance the Mavs could drop next season if they can't compensate Brunson. I see the Nuggets and Clippers definitely overtaking them next season. Without Brunson on that team I see them close to 45 wins ---possibly leaving us with a late lottery or mid first round draft choice. I actually think that some of the thinking behind signing Brunson away would be to specifically weaken the Mavs.

I agree with you here. Would prefer to keep Fournier unless we can package both him and Randle. I think Cuban would do a Fournier S/T just to stick it to us for the dickery of bringing Randle and the brass to their playoff game and pilfering Brunson. If you gonna lose out, stick it to the other guy. Bravo Mark! That's how you play the game!
