This is why its cool that we have a lot of high character guys at least. They’re all likeable and good dudes.

Julius is the only one that turned into a baby last year, but he would never beat his wife like this.

Sure lets wait for all the details and facts, but he should be kicked out if convicted.

What a piece of crap. Not a chance in hell he doesn't do at least a year of jail time for this. Looks like it might qualify as 2nd degree aggravated assault. Could face up to 15 years in jail. Went from a guy about to get $100+ mil and set his family up for life to probably destroying his entire career.

Very odd---I always thought that Bridges was the more laid back and shy type of person. He essentially lost 100mill. and made it unlikely to ever recover his basketball career.

You might be getting Miles reputation mixed up with Mikal’s. Miles has been making “Too Short” inspired rap videos where every other word was the B-word. This breakdown was sort of forwarned when he started posting pictures online recently of himself smoking weed and drinking lean.

This assault the day before Free Agency is unfortunately not that much of a surprise. I was more surprised to find out he was married with kids. I can’t think of a more self-destructive attitude leading into Free Agency in recent history. Not only do I doubt he whiffs a max, the league might get involved and eventually suspend him to Siberia just off the last few weeks of his notoriety. Especially if the mandatory drug test he gets while being held come back dirty.

ridiculous overpay

If 17 mill is a ridiculous overpay for Lu Dort, then it's a ridiculous overpay for RJ.

They're in the same class of players, and that might be generous to RJ, since Dort is at least a good defender.

I knew you were going to say that. I believe Dort has played with two high level shot creaters with SGA/Giddey. He doesn't do most of his scoring on ball.

And I'm not paying RJ for what he's done I'm paying for him for what he can become. See you don't seem to understand that I agree RJ has been inefficient (that can't be argued). I also believe he has been put in a horrible position in terms of roster construction.

I believe much more in RJs shot creation ability (as a secondary shot creator) going forward. I am hoping since this is the first year RJ is going to play with an actual decent shot creator in Brunson we should see an uptick in EFF

Miles Bridges is a complete POS. I hope he never draws another NBA paycheck again.

most likely some one will eventually pay him when this blows over because talent rules. If he gets blackballed by the NBA good for them though. If someone finally takes a stand on domestic violence I will applaud them.
