Very useful info. Someone name me a few players available that we would outright use that insane 28m TPE...

Donovan Mitchell if we can expand it more by a couple million. Ayton maybe on an ascending contract.

Mentally tough and give 100%. Melo was not the best defender but was mentally strong to handle nyc. Rose another dude who seems mentally tough at this point in his career. You never know until they put on the jersey but think he can hold up as well as one can here.

Unless the Knicks already have someone in mind to use that TPE on trading Cam Reddish just to maybe get a bigger one doesn't make any sense to me. I'm all for it if they already have a high impact player in mind to use it on. Then absolutely as the Knicks MUST MUST MUST land another impact guy soon for this path they are headed to work. TPE's expire. RJ Extension, Mitch new contract will basically start locking up what they can do to add more. And since they are no longer going to be players in the top of the lottery, you risk getting locked into the treadmill. We've seen in off and on for the past 20+ years.

As far as Brunson's contract being team friendly? Once again who were the Knicks competing with? If the next closest contract option was $20 million less then the contract decreasing in AAV doesn't make it team friendly in the truest sense does it? Well not unless you buy into the smoke-and-mirrors that Leon Rose, former super agent, is apt to know how to throw up and to have people believe.

We gave up a first for Cam. I'd like to see him grow with this group and RJ and hopefully take hold of that SF spot that has been terrible for us for years.

For real , why are treating cam like he’s just a throw in. I would like to see how he fit with our team .

Cohen treats him like a throw in because he thinks maybe the FO sees him more as an asset than part of the plan.

I wouldn't mind playing him.

Part of him being an asset is that he is good, or still retains the perception of getting to be good.

Anyway, that's why I think Cohen treats him that way in proposals. If you watch some of the podcasts on YT, Cohen will say "Or maybe the Knicks want to play Cam" and propose other deals.

Pooch,

You are a sad person. Why would anybody write such a hateful post? I am just guessing but ill bet your life is a mess and you are a hateful mess. What have you done that anyone would consider positive or nice. I am betting nothing. In fact ill bet you are negative force in everyone who comes in contact with you. You most likely have made your family miserable. Alcoholic maybe. I just celebrated my 21 year anniversary of sobriety. You should try it. Maybe it will help you become a person that folks would like to have around. In the mean while start rooting.for the Nets because the Knicks dont want you.

I'm warming up on Brunson. He's super efficient and is great at lobs. Handles on a string. Won't turn it over in critical situations. Should be fun with him and Obi and Mitch out there

Sixers exposed Lin, he couldn’t even bring up the ball past half court against them.

I had some hope regarding next season until Kendrick Perkins and Tim Legler completely took away any type of excitement regarding this deal.

The dream scenario is RJ starts at the 2, Cam at the 3.

Nightmares count as dreams too.

I dream of you having nightmares.

So it's a win win for me 8-)

I think you mean the heat. Melo had to bring the ball up that game

People just like to be miserable it is what it is. My only thing is the move after this…

Plus Fournier is still here.
