I just don't think he is an NBA-level basketball player. I said it last summer. He just doesn't seem to have any feel for the game and looks 1/2 a step behind everything happening on the court.

I'd be surprised if he were ever on an NBA roster again. I mean, if OKC, Orlando or Detroit won't take a flyer on you...

There's some young PFs out there that are cheap salary and probably asset wise. Rui and Roby would be fairly good fits as a starter or really good young backups in Miami.

So we are looking at this as our starting line up

Pg- Lowry
Sg- Herro
Sf- Duncan
Pf-Butler
C- Bam

I guess the goal is to outscore everyone and forget about defense. Technically we have 3 shooters out there so Butler can attack. The PF position for us is the trash position, Butler and his body will get used and abused in the regular season, that's for sure. We can still make the playoffs with that line up but it will be a long hard season.

We are trying but no one is biting on our great "talent" of "Lowry" and "Duncan" so best way to get their value up is by playing them. Remember we spent 180 million dollars just on those two last season. We saw how "productive" there were in the playoff

I'm actually pretty high on both Jovic and Highsmith, but we can't be seriously expecting them to start or even play big minutes.

Wondering if they are looking at a younger guy like Jalen Smith? Trade for someone like Crowder and sign a young guy like Smith to groom as the replacement next to Bam.

Personally I’m fine with Highsmith or Martin as KDs back up lol. I just figured we would get a super solid vet with the TPMLE for that role.

I thought Wiz still liked Rui

They have Kuzma, Porzingis, Gafford(who's extension they signed him to kicks in next year), they have a full front court. They still have Bird rights on T.Bryant I believe and may be letting him walk. Washington has to decide on paying Rui next year or trading him to get some type of compensation out of him vs letting him walk.
