Would have preferred TJ Warren as I believe he's a better defensive player, but, also understand the significant injury risk. I do though agree with those expressing a want to bring in a more defensive strong option via TPE. But Gallo fits bill for scoring and at the position I would have preferred it be addressed. He would have been in my top 4 options had he been an UFA at the start and maybe a spot higher.

Gallo a legit sniper, just can’t be overly reliant on him in the playoffs. Definitely can give us a good 15-20 a night in the regular season though.

Any time he’s in the game with Tatum, it’s going to be nonstop open threes.

Yeah. Either open 3's for Gallo, or the defense will be extending out to Gallo which will create more space for tatum to drive to the rim

C’s have the shot blocking down low to help with Gallo’s lateral defense. We legit need this dude to sit on the wing and hit open shots. Solid pickup

He has incredible size for a shooter, which fits nicely with this team. If we can somehow manage to also get Seth Curry or Joe Harris, we'll be set.

No, I don't think you play Grant at the 3..

if we get thomas bryant, I expect theis to be a gonner. It doesn't make sense to pay $9 mil a year for a 3rd string center. if we can get a guy who is comparable to theis for the veterans minimum, you do it and you flip theis for a guard or wing..

Just to be clear I am fine with signing Bryant but he is not better than Theis. On the defensive end he is like playing Kanter or Kornet there is some offense and can put some work in on the glass but the scoreboard goes the wrong way when they are on the floor.

Gallo is fine. It gives them way more lineups to run that can score. Well see if they can hide him enough on D. He can get 20+Randomly at any given time with with minutes..we don't have anybody like that

either jalen doesn't want to come here, or he was asking for more $ than we can afford.

or brad just wants the better shooter and today is arguably a better player over the guy who is younger and has the higher upside to possibly become a much better player than gallo down the road..

Exactly, the focus needs to be on adding shooting/passing right now. Also bringing in high character/smart players needs to be a priority

Lol KD is not going to Toronto or NO. Yeah he’s signed for 4 years but he will cause a major headache for both orgs. 0% chance he wants to play at either of those places
