For those of you talking about Conley with Gobert. Do you think Conley is better than Dlo? Also do you think he is a better fit with our unit than Dlo?

I sure do. Career 38% shooter from 3 and has only been under 36 once time since his rookie year. He's at 40% his 3 years in Utah.

He's still a plus defender and he takes care of the ball and doesn't dominate it.

Age and injury are a huge question/red flag, but it's promising he played 72 games last year.

He's probably a 25-27 MPG player these days, but that's OK, we have a lot of backcourt guys we want to give minutes to.

Conley is a negative asset IMO.-

Don't you think every player over 25 is over the hill and a negative asset?
Just kidding a slight exaggeration. slight.

Myles Turner would be nice and all, but in my opinion that would be like trading for a Corvette when you can get a Ferrari.

Gobert is pricey but his impact is so much greater than Turner's. And Turner will have to get paid after next year.

I wager it won't be anywhere near 43M/year...

Say it's 28M/year. Would you rather have Turner and a player like Beasley, or Gobert?

Probably Turner and a better use of that 15M.

Unless we're going all Golden State, I don't see how we tie up over 90M on 2 bigs.

Nothing against Big Ragu, but I am curious why you think Conley is a negative asset? I see him as being a perfect fit.

No McDaniels!!!!!

The Timberwolves are sending Malik Beasley, Patrick Beverley, Walker Kessler, Jarred Vanderbilt and multiple first-round picks for Gobert, sources tell ESPN.

Gonna miss Bev and Vando though.

Looks like we're keeping DLo.
Though he might be improved because he could be great running the pick n roll with Gobert.

We gave Beasley, Beverly, Bolmaro, Kessler, V8. Plus 3 firsts unprotected 23,25,27 and a pick swap in 26 with a top 5 protected in 29.

We gave up so much!
