Yes they do. They can and should trade KD for the best available package. They shouldn't give a damn about what KD wants. He is under contract anyway.
If OKC for example offers SGA and picks, take that over any Suns package without Booker. Marks should be doing KD no favors.

I agree with you in theory but the reality is that OKC would then have to deal with Malcontent KD. It's not worth the headache particularly when they're trying to build a culture with its young core.

Bold prediction: KD goes to Memphis for Jackson, Bane, Brooks and tons of picks.

He found a Role that the bucks needed and contributed to a championship. Happy for him

We need to get in on that and get Mikal re-routed to MSG. He'd be a great addition for us.

Yah, that’s basically it. But if he pouted like Randle did this past year, his ass would have been cut by the Bucks very quickly.

This is a throwback elite defense / no offense center who is 30 years old, has 4/$170M left on his deal, and was literally unplayable in multiple years of the playoffs. Not afraid to admit I was under the impression that he was a net negative asset.

Ainge got five (5!) 1st rounders for him, including 4 unprotected.

This has nothing to do with my favorite team, yet I am sitting here STUNNED. It's unfathomable. Wow.

Dealin' Danny for you.

RJ being told to guard the best player and stand in a corner all year again if we stuck with Fournier.

KD to the Nuggets, that would be a nice fit.

Yeah for the most part, as far as outright signings go. But I think a trade or 2 is in the works, but they're waiting on the Durant situation to be resolved.

After what Ainge got for Rudy Gobert.... Marks might want to rethink that.... at least 5 unprotected FRPs. I don't think yo can go out that far.

they didn't get a young star back though. i don't think the nets really want to rebuild all the way from scratch. they got a building to fill and it's not easy for them to fill it even when they're good.

He's going back to the Thunder. SGA and picks. Done. And I cry my little heart out.

I know they won't get a full return back but they should get the best haul in the history of the NBA. Even if they don't think Ayton is enough, I wonder if Ayton, Cam Johnson, Bridges, 5 unprotected FRPs, swaps, 2nd round picks will get the deal done. This is at least better than Minny's trade but not by much.

Someone mentioned Ingram, Jones, Alvarado, Dyson, LAL FRPs, NOs FRPs, MIL FRPs for Durant
