Luke Kornet back on 2 year deal. I guess we are out on Bryant.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

What's up with Bryant or Robinson?
Still available?

At a minimum get Tatum's buddy Giles.
Shot blocker, rim protector.
Give him a chance.

With Theis in Indy and Horf at 37.
We gotta get Rob some help yes?

Big mistake if so.
He's fine as a 5th reg season big.
But we need another competive big for the playoffs and finals.

Chris Haynes: Free agent center Luke Kornet has agreed to a two-year deal to return to the Boston Celtics, league sources tell @YahooSport

Keith Smith: The Celtics re-signing Luke Kornet does not take them out of the mix to sign another veteran big man, a source tells @celticsblog. Boston still has multiple roster spots. – via Twitter KeithSmithNBA

I'll be surprised if White remains on the team and ownership pays this much tax.

A team like New Orleans could use a guy like D. White.

White for a rookie type contact makes sense, too. A decent value guy.
Good assessment:

PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

We have officially Traded our 1st Round Picks, for 3 years in a row. -- How did we get away with that?
Not that I'm complaining. Stevens has brought us a Really Good Team, last year, and this year.

??? What's this.
I know they signed him but we're not crazy to have him as our backup big to Rob. We're in Championship competition now..Need a high-level rotation guy now.

Ehhh I’d be shocked if they just dumped White to get rid of his contract. The organization loves him

Feel like we’re still one guy away. I think Brogdon is a borderline all star type guy here. Sort of like Wiggins was in GS this past year.

TPE doesn’t sound like it’s getting used, and we paid for it so despite the tax feels like a missed opportunity

Celts had lots of 1st round picks the last few years.

There's really no need for more young players on the roster because this team is already a championship team.

Trading late 1st round picks for players like White and Brogdon is the way to go for the next couple of seasons.

Could see White for Jaxson Hayes and some other guys where Boston reduces some salary and gets a backup for Rob and Al.

If healthy (which is never the case as healthiest team usually wins the title), I don’t really see how they’re one guy away but that’s just me. What are they missing? A backup wing?

Playoff rotation is Smart/JB/JT/Al/Timelord, with Brogdon/White/Gallo/Grant/PP off the bench. Likely only going consistent 7 guys with Gallo/Grant getting spot minutes here and there.

Malcolm gives you a legit scoring threat now and threat to give you 20 on any night, which we never had before
