That's tough. You gotta give to get so at least two or three of fred/gary/og/pascal/scottie would be gone. and at least pascal or scottie would probably in it.

OG/Gary/Precious and lots of picks would probably be my best offer. Dealing both OG and Scottie/Pascal would be overpayment on our ends but that's probably the deal they'd accept.

Before I block you, I have to ask. This "KD" you speak of, is he the 2015 version of KD? How much better is he than the guy I personally witnessed fall to the floor in Game 5 of the 2019 Finals, THREE FRICKEN YEARS AGO, and not get up for the next two seasons.

I see teams keep trying to bring back the big names like Carmelo, or Blake Griffin (and Lowry?). Years ago it was Allen Iverson and Shaq. But Father Time is undefeated. Scottie will get much better, Pascal will make more All-NBA teams in his healthy seasons, while Kevin Durant continues his decline (which has already begun).

As Masai says, the object is to win. Raptors without Pascal and with KD (a) doesn't have a centre, so is not a contender, and (b) is without draft picks to use or trade to achieve contender status. Raptors without Scottie and with KD (a) still doesn't have a centre, so not a contender, (b) without a superstar once KD's production falls off a cliff in ~2 seasons, and (c) no draft picks.

Most people that said neither probably understand that we will need both to help Durant be a contender. There is no point to replace our best players with Durant, or we will be a second round exit team.
