Looking at the positives, these guys got a ton of playoff experience so they will be even more equipped for next season.

Looks like if the Heat have any chance of pulling this off, it'll take at least 4 teams in a deal.

Oh man, that’s ugly. Warren for the TPMLE or bust

Schroder or Dragic would be good options if Herro is dealt. I'd be happy to have Carmelo for a season.

You have to wonder why Harrell can't seem to find a home. Miami should give him a look and let UD mentor him.

I think the Nets do want Herro they just want Herro and more picks or another good young player in return. Good luck flipping Duncan, Lowry, Yurt, or any other player for that. Maybe if you trade Lowry to the Clippers and they include Morris Sr you maybe find another pick for Mo Sr.

I actually think we can get picks for guys like Lowry (Dallas is desperate, Lowry is still good) Yurt, Strus, Martin S&T, Gabe, maybe even Jovic if that’s what it takes. We just have to play our cards right. OKC has like 20 picks. I think contending teams would love to add a Strus/Gabe/Martin

If the Heat jump through that many hoops and liquidize that many assets the Heat won't have a team left to put on the floor. Giving Spo a full season of Caleb, adding Jovic, Dipo with a full offseason to train. If Miami can make a move to trade Duncan for a playable piece they would be sitting better than they were last year with the exception of the Tucker loss. Miami for the last couple seasons hasn't out talented the opponents they have outworked them. I personally think the culture of the Heat is worth more than KD and would be displeased if they gutted the team of players that are about putting in that work to get KD who can be whimsical regarding commitment to the team.

If he isn’t suspended for the entire season I will be shocked. He may not get another opportunity in the league.

Miles Bridges will absolutely get another chance in the NBA. Hell, Artest got other chances. I haven't followed the story too closely, but I would be surprised if Bridges gets suspended for a whole season.

Dudes been with Jimmy and Bam all summer. Literally just ask out and you’re in Miami. There are even reports out there saying no one will blame you for asking out at this point lol.

Harrell has legal issues to sort out. Caught with a ton of of pot in Kentucky were it’s still illegal.

I hear you but at the same time if it weren't for the legal issues then Bridges wouldn't be much of an option for any team other than the Hornets as they were likely to match even a max contract offer. Now he is toxic from a PR standpoint and a lot of teams are likely to avoid him till the media spotlight goes away.

Artest beat up some fans. There's never a right time to abuse your spouse but now is definitely the wrong era to get caught in 4k beating your wife like a dog.

Agreed, and Artest actually had the fact that what occurred was public working for him in the long term. Many people were able to empathize with Artest's reaction to getting hit with a drink (note I am not condoning Artest's actions) but what is occurring with Bridges is much closer to a Ray Rice situation which has shown it can be a career killer.

I agree 100%. We don’t get a star and we’re done for

Agreed. The Wolves really screwed everybody with that trade for Golbert. Kevin Durant is going to command like 10 picks now.

Where can y’all see mitchell going if it isn’t Miami?

Do we really have enough assets for Mitchell?

If they are going full rebuild Herro, Duncan, Yurt plus 3 or 4 picks likely gets it done.

If Mitchell asks out he’s coming to Miami. I’m pretty confident in that

Also the ASG being in Utah doesn’t make much of a difference imo. They’re not getting an all star if the team sucks, especially with Dame coming back and Kyrie possibly going to the lakers. Edwards on the rise. A lot of guys can slide in there and take it. AD back, etc.

We just saw Beal a couple seasons ago average 31-4-6 and not be an all star because the wizards suck and that was in an eastern conference with less star power
