Caleb deserves probably 4 million tops. Heat probably have him in a holding pattern between giving him the early bird raise of 2.2 and using the tax payer 6.4 on another player or digging in to the MLE to give him some more. Most likely waiting for the trade smoke to settle after the 4th of July holiday.

Goran it almost feels like has to be gearing up to go play with Luka in Dallas. They are playing together right now, and he has been a target of Cuban's for a while due to the Luka connection. Also with the loss of Brunson ball handling depth is at a premium for that team right now.

In spurts last year, Caleb was awesome. Hope we've got him tied up. The way money flows sometimes....makes me wonder how folks will act. I don't think Caleb was nearly consistent enough to have a list of suitors though with money favorable enough to leave Miami.

If he stays with us another year and has another decent year we can reward him next year with upwards of 10 million with the two year early bird similar to what the Bucks did with Portis. It might be in his best interest just to come back even if it's for a tad less then what the open market is offering. I doubt he gets a similar deal to his brother's as he was already under control by the Hornets.
