They have atleast 5 defender that can defend Harden straight up. Horford, Tatum, Brown ,Smart and now Brogdon. The sixers added a 40 y.o forward and another wing with a 6'8 wingspan . The only hope seems to be Maxey taking his game to another level.

Brogdon is food.

Against quickness. We don't have that lol

Will he play off the bench?

Celtics starter:

Smart
Jaylen
Tatum
Al Horford
Robert Williams

Who do you replace for Brogdon?

Would be interesting to see them play some small ball, with either Horford or Williams at center and sliding down Tatum to PF. Brogdon is a great rebounder for his position.

That's why I said Harden needs to be similar to his previous self. At least early iteration of Harden with the Nets would suffice. That version still cooks the **** out of most guys in the league and gets to the line 10+ times.

I detest Jalen Brown and Marcus Smart annoys me. If they found a way to package those two for another player, I might half root for them.

I think Toronto might have the best Durant package (even if Barnes isn’t in it) but I wonder if their fans cheering for his Achilles tear is a deal breaker for him lol

No way Durant agrees to go to Toronto. He knows he's not winning there, it's f***king cold, and then there's the achilles tear cheers.

May I ask how Raps can offer a good package without Barnes? Do you mean an offer that includes Siakam?

If im raps, I’d include Barnes. Siakam and Durant is gonna be a nightmare on both ends.

My guess is Dame is trying to pressure the Blazers to trade for KD by all these cryptic or suggestive IG stories.

Tatum
Brown
Brogdon

Williams
Horford
White
Grant Williams
Danilo
Pritchard

Embiid
Harden
Maxey
Tobias
Tucker
Melton
House
Thybulle
Reed
Milton

How is Sixers not better in top end talent and not as good in depth?

I think between Siakim, Barnes, OG, and Gary Trent they can offer a great package. I’d probably do the same trading Scottie but keeping Siakim but I know they’re really attached to Scottie.

What’s the point of trading for KD then?!

They should attach Barnes. There’s another Barnes caliber player in the draft. Durant is once every two decade type player.

If the Lakers are able to pull of a westbrick kyrie swap the league should just fold. Kyrie is a depressed asset but that trade does nothing for the Nets

I want to make a poll of an:
Would you trade Harris + Thybulle + 2029 FRP for Irving?

Because that’s equivalent for the Nets of a Lakers offer of Westbrook (expiring) + 2 FRPs
Sixers fan since 2001. From Russia.

Pretty obvious, and that’s with me being generous with Horford/Melton due to age

Yes, i’d do that trade, then find me a wing with one of our guards (inc maxey as one of trade option)
