Oh yeah i didn't notice they got his draft rights. Have you heard anything about that. He's almost 27 now but seems like a no-brainer guy to bring in next to Fox. They don't really have a player like him in their rotation, with that kind of shooting ability.

Vezenkov said that he considers NBA possibility very carefully. I don't know why some Euros afraid of NBA so much and do not trust themselves or NBA management, but when you spend time in Olympiacos, you will probably get NBA phobia cause you know, Spanoulis. but thats how it is. Kings just recently acquired his rights and wants to bring him over I believe.

They are meeting with Sasha during Vegas SL.
Word is that is why they left some money in the MLE so they can sign him for more money than he is getting in Europe. Would think it all comes down to the role though, don't think he would come over to sit on the bench and not play at all so there needs to be minutes there.

It's the summer when every NBA player is looking jacked and has packed on 20 lbs of muscle.

I remember the summer when Roy Hibbert had that one photo where he was looking jacked after a workout and made Tim Duncan look like a small forward. That had people seriously thinking he was gonna go full on Wilt the next season.
Brian Geltzeiler: You see Mark Jackson getting a head coaching job as early as next year?

Adrian Wojnarowski: Not if people make calls on him. Not if an organization is doing their homework and knows all the things he brings with him.

Looking forward to seeing the Spurs young guns. It'll be interesting to follow their rebuild.

Yeah, I can kinda see TJ Warren comparison, maybe Granger too. I dont see great upside though. Dont know anything about the draft, I was surprised that he is so big, maybe because his name is Murray, my brain figured he must be like 6'4

Wonder will Kings bring Alexander Vazenkov, he would be good role player for them, he was amazing in Bulgaria-Lithuania game I watched the other day.

Keegan Murray is a prospect I'm irrationally high on so I try to stay out of discussion about him to save myself the potential embarrassment if he becomes just an average player. I've just never seen a player score so easily at the college level. He barely touches it sometimes and it's already in the hoop. No wasted motions. Constantly sets himself up to be in scoring position. Like if prime Klay Thompson was a paint scorer instead of a perimeter shooter. On top of that ability, he just has a strong all-around game and a high basketball IQ. I think I've just been a little bit higher on his shooting and defense than most people have throughout the draft process.

He reminds me of Khris Middleton, actually. Very strong, good size, nice outside touch, not really above the rim athletic but knows how to get to the hoop when he has space. I think he can live in the mid-range and outside and do a lot of scoring.

He can produce Day 1 off the bench, no question. He's a better prospect than Huerter who went so much higher. I just can't get over how the Warriors managed to get this talent that late. So many awful G.M.s in the league smh

Too soon to tell on Santos, but you gotta love a Brazilian that is barely 20 years old playing with that much confidence in his American professional debut. He's got a good handle, good strength, really nice finishing ability, and excellent size for a guard. And his international accolades are pretty high-- led his U17 team to a FIBA S.American championship, scoring 27pts in the final, making the senior national team for Brazil already, joining Brazil's top professional team at age 16. I'm sure he has tons of work to do, but there is a lot of Tyler Herro in his game.

Kuminga deserves more credit than you are giving him. He's even younger than Santos (he turned 19 in October) and already showed some serious chops in his rookie season. He is massive already (6'8, 225lbs), is athleticism is elite (38" vert), his ability to score is already quite good both facing and back to the basket, he improved his outside shot (2nd half was 52%/36%), and he is a hell of a defender. Kerr even said that the plan is to develop him slowly, but he was too good to keep off the court last year. And that was for a really good team.

Imagine him with two more years of coaching and experience, and he'll still only be 21. The guy is looking like he'll be a beast of a player.

The Salt Lake City SL starts today. OKC is bringing Giddey, Dieng, Williams, Poku and Chet. They're going to be long... They're also bringing Tre Mann and JRE. They'll probably blow out some teams.

Giddey being on the roster is a welcome surprise. You typically dont see guys who had successful rookie yrs play summer league

Based off of summer league alone, Keegan so far reminds me of a combination of Harrison Barnes/T.J. Warren with some Paul Pierce/Khris Middleton upside.

For those wondering about Vezenkov, we apparently just brought him in for a "meet and greet" sort of thing. Don't think there was any offer on the table yet. We do have a bit of our mid-level exception left that we can offer him if needed.

Can’t wait to see the Grizzlies cubs play tonight. Want to see Ziare take over and score at all 3 levels and defend the perimeter with that length.
Not really sure what we will see out of Laravia, Roddy, Chandler, and Lofton Jr. I expect Roddy to have a pretty good summer and bully a lot of guys around with that tank body. Same with Lofton.

Grizzlies are going to be interesting to watch. All of LaRavia, Roddy and Lofton Jr. are some of the more unique players from this draft. It's going to be fun to watch them to see what they can become at the NBA level.

Keegan has been getting all the attention on the Kings these past few games, but I've been impressed with both Keon Ellis and Matt Coleman also. Keon will stick being a two-way player, but hopefully we give Coleman a shot on the regular season roster as well.

There have been 3 technicals in Summer League and I've not watched every moment, but I've seen every technical.

Does anyone know what, if any, total amount of $ a player is fined for a Summer League Tech ??
The broadcast crew has no idea
