I’d bet he goes to Phoenix. It would be quite the vindication if he gets another ring while helping CP3 get his first.

I highly doubt we get kd, but if we did and kept cade and Ivey, we would see them make hyper growth I’d think. Anyone with kd is a contender imo, but yeah not happening and don’t want to move cade or Ivey really

I’m sure that Brooklyn would ask for both and than sum. My thought is if they want Bam and Herro from Miami. The ask is similar from Detroit.

IMO the 7 players that have more trade value than KD right now given his age/contract/personality....

1. Giannis
2. Luka
3. Jokic
4. Embiid
5. Curry
6. Tatum
7. Ja Morant
Durant 8th highest trade value in league, but close to him are
9.Trae Young
10. Devin Booker
11. Donovan Mitchell
------ Young guys------
12A LaMelo
12B Mobley
12C Cade
12D Barnes
12E Zion (If Healthy?)

To me, Brooklyn would jump at the chance to even swap KD at his age with anyone on that list given how KD is currently unhappy being there.

For me personally, the only 4 players I'd trade Cade for are Giannis, Luka, Tatum, and Jokic.... beyond that I'm rolling with Cade even if other players are better now I like Cade being locked in long term with us for cheap. Wouldn't even trade him for 28 year old Joel Embiid.

I wouldn’t trade Cade for anyone. I like seeing a championship team built using “your guys” then maybe topped off with a big name free agent signing or trade, like a Mark Aguirre or Rasheed Wallace, rather than bringing in a ring chasing MVP-level player early in the building process who has no ties to the city/area or the team.

Wtf we shouldn't be tolerating trade Cade museings.
I'm reporting that post for blasphemy and deserving peepee slapping.

No seriously though, I wouldn't trade Cade for anyone and certainly not declining and expensive Durant or laughable Kyrie.

We are on the ride or die w/ Cade, too vested to go back now we gotta see this through.

The one positive thing I will say about Kevin. He has some love for Cade and praised him when he struggled early, I'm sure that praise was much appreciated when Cade was trying to get his shot going coming off injury.
Durant has some Okie/Texas ties and probably has followed Cade as he's came up.
That's pretty cool.
