This may have been a master plan for Kyrie Irving all along. Pretended he wanted to be traded on the Lakers,but then walked it back and said he never wanted to be traded in the first place. It will be so funny when Russell Westbrook throw away games away on pupose as a result of this. The clown show that we saw with this team this past season will be nothing compared to the clown show we are gettng ready to witness next season. This will basically ensure the Lakers will be irrevelent for next 7-10 years after that until Jeanie Buss is forced to sell the team.

There is no one to blame for this idiots behavior, then those that enable it. Supposedly powerful owners, general managers, and coaches all pandering to him.

No, you do not. Just bench him, send him home. Waste his time, just as he's wasted yours. There are always more assets. NBA players are not a finite resource.

The only team that wants him is LA and they can't really give Brooklyn an acceptable package without giving up things they don't want to give up.

Durant and Kyrie are stuck together for another year. A 34 year old injury prone Durant just isn't as attractive as he needs to be to trade him when you don't have your own picks and Kyrie isn't attractive anyway. Just run it back and hope for the best. Maybe Simmons will actually want to ball this year.
