Do the Knicks want Tyler. Would be the biggest acquisition they've made in 20 years.

Teams with very little wiggle room in cap space just can’t trade 6 million and picks and see there cap sheet jump into heavy tax next year with Herro’s projected 25-30 mil extension.

Indiana may be another option if they move off Buddy Hield's deal.

Haliburton/Herro backcourt would be nice and set them up for the next 5+ years at those positions.

They have Duarte and just drafted Mathurin high. They have no need to spend on Herro.

I wonder what Herro will look like when he’s Duarte’s age. We can find out in 3 years time

Just trade Herro to the Spurs for some picks and Poetl. Pretty simple.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

How do you know? A lot of them probably live and work out in Miami during the offseason.

Spurs, Jazz or Pacers seem like the ideal trade partners here.

Spurs have.

Spoiler:
2023 - Own and ATL (top 16 protected)
2024 - Own
2025 - Own/Bulls (top 10 protected)/ATL (Unprotected)
2026 - Own and ATL Pick Swap
2027 - Own, ATL (Unprotected)
2028 - Own and Boston pick swap
2029 - Own
2030 - Own

Jazz have

Spoiler:
2023 - Least Favourable of their Own, Nets, Rockets or 76ers pick and Minny's (unprotected)
2024 - Own only if they draft within the top 10
2025 - Own and Minny's (unprotected)
2026 - Own and Minny Pick swap
2027 - Own and Minny (unprotected)
2028 - Own
2029 - Own and Minny's (top 5 protected)
2030 - Own

Pacers have

Spoiler:
2023 - Own, Cleveland's (top 14 protected) and Boston's (top 12 protected)
2024 - Own
2025 - Own
2026 - Own
2027 - Own
2028 - Own
2029 - Own
2030 - Own

If BKN just want picks and expiring's if Miami flipped Lowry and Herro to other teams for picks/expirings and send Jovic, Yurt and 2 FRPs they could potentially get this done without having to include Robinson's contract.

All I know is this :

I MUCH rather get Mitchell and keep Bam then get Durant and lose Bam.

-Saturday afternoon, Brooklyn spoke to our Miami team execs

-Miami has had 4 face to face Meetings with Brooklyn since Saturday.

-Durant himself called His reps to explain he wants Miami hell or high water and phoenix is second.

-he is sold 150%.

-Utah called Miami last night to tell them they will now make Mitchell available and Herro is point on the deal.

-Donovan has not been too happy behind closed doors, they want to do right by him as this is headed for a long rebuild which is what Ainge was hired to do.

-Miami feels that Donovan might be more feasible as of right now and dealing more with Utah may lower Brooklyns asking price. Miami holds Durant as a 1A player and Donovan as 2nd tier star caliber a la Jaylon Brown. Which ever way they feel they will attain one or the other.

Organisations must've heard BK & Miami speaking numerous times since Saturday, w/ talks evidently getting serious. So Utah, who have been fronting their own poker face, puts down their facade & contacts Miami to get a deal for Mitchell, who, as most of us already suspected hasn't been happy, before we move for KD.

This corroborates Adam stating the longer this goes benefits Miami. It seems everything may be falling our way. W/ both having Miami as their #1 preferred destination, we now are in better control of the situation. Imagine having 2 of the biggest whales this offseason available to one team :o ....here we are fortunate to be in such situation :D

While fans are losing their minds/patience Riles has played his cards well. Hopefully we're now able to lower the asking price, get this deal done & start working on filling the holes to bolster our roster.

I feel we are in the driver seat to land KD. I love the energy in here of believing and being positive. This is how we land KD and keep Bam. Things are HeatingUp ;)
