I've come around on doing this. Why tf not at this point. When is the next time we'll have a shot at adding a top 25 player in the league who is only 25 years old? F it - let's do it. Give Utah the bag. Ainge is not going to move him if he doesn't love the deal, so we have to give up what it takes to get him. 6 1sts plus all the kids the Jazz want (Ainge wants no part of RJ and his contract). All of them.

At least we'll field a team that's exciting and should be good for many years. Where are we going if we don't do it? With adding only Brunson, we're not going anywhere. We all know that. We'll be stuck in middling hell for the next 5 years.

The Knicks brass don't care about the draft. That's been proven. So, what are we saving all these picks for if we have no interest in using them?

Grimes, Obi, IQ and 6 1sts. Lets do it.

For what, though? Or FO doesn't give a flying f*ck about the draft. Give Utah what they want and add a 25 year All-Star. F*ck it man. Bye Obi/IQ/Grimes.

We'll at least be able to compete for 45-50 wins for the foreseeable future. And who knows, maybe 2-3 years from now someone will want to come join Mitchell/Brunson/Randle.

This is the most Knicks thing about all of this. We literally could have drafted him a few short years ago.

I’d add a 7th pick easy if we keep IQ and Obi. Three of these picks aren’t even real.

It’s actually kind of crazy that Brunson, Barrett and Randle are prob the three best offensive players Mitchell will have played with (don’t give me spot up TS% warriors)

The most exciting team we've had since 2013. I want this. and imagine RJ takes a leap and Randle becomes efficient playing next to competent guards

Watched him dominate a few playoff games. Bubble Donovan was insane. Why do you ask? Is he any good?

Let Ainge go into this season with Mitchell still on the team. Either Mitchell will ruin his tank or he will not be as good without Rudy and get exposed. While our team can really bounce back with Brunson and other internal growth.

Some of you are so damn desperate its friggin pathetic.

We tryna see good basketball again.. this team as currently constructed looks kinda mid unless a few guys pop

We have a lot of guys who can “pop” tho. Why not just see what they can do first?

We just signed Brunson to be our lead guard, who owned Mitchell in the playoffs, and now we’re gonna immediately relegate him to be Raymond Felton.

Its cool tho. Dont let me ruin everyone’s dreams.

Our 'pop' players are nothing but role players. The fact that the FO is considering giving all of them up for one player should tell you that. That is their worth around the league. Obi/IQ/Grimes/McBride AND 6 1sts obviously proves what I said is true. They are only pieces of a trade for one player.

We might as well pull the trigger and roll with Mitchell/Randle/Brunson/RJ/Mitch for the next 5 years. Max out RJ and that's that. See what happens. Sign me up. I've come a long way because I didn't want to do the deal 2 days ago, but I thought long and hard about it. It's our best chance to become relevant again.
