Cole Swider

If this roster stays the same, Swider should be signed to the main roster (no 2-way). They need his jumper badly.

He's a very nice foil to the multiple wing defenders they already have on the roster.

I could see Swider eventually earning backup forward minutes within the rotation supplanting one of Anderson or Johnson.

Signing Swider to the main roster will also enable them to lockup Huff to a 2-way, so he isn't snatched up by another team.

I have been impressed with his shooting stroke since his first game. He also has good size enable him to cover SGs and Small forwards unlike SPJ. I hope and pray that I’m wrong about Troy Brown because I feel he’s just duplicating the role of Stanley Johnson. I also really like Huff and it would really be a huge mistake if they let him get picked up by another team.

He's the Caruso/Reaves of this year. It seems we always get one dude like that every year.

But he's in the mold of Duncan Robinson/Garrison Mathews/Max Strus more.
You need guys like this on your roster.

I love when we get guys like Hart, Caruso, Reaves. Hoping you’re right about Swider. If only Pelinka could get to create the roster without Klutch.

PG - Westbrook - Nunn - Collison - Pippen Jr. (2-way/SouthBay)
SG - Brown - Reaves - Walker - Christie (SouthBay)
C - Davis - Jones - Bryant - Huff (2-way/SouthBay)
PF - James - Tucker - Gabriel
SF - Anderson - Swider - Johnson

Swider makes the bench quite dynamic and game-breaking. When surrounded by athleticism and defensive length (Davis, Anderson, Brown Jr., Jones, Tucker, and Reaves), Swider has a great opportunity to thrive in a role that will allow him prosper.
