Dantley scored so many points because in the early 80s Utah's starting frontcourt was he, 6-11 C Jeff Wilkins, and 6-9 Ben Poquette. Talk about forgettable.

Certainly Greg Kite. When I started watching basketball he was Shaq's backup in Orlando, and the drop off in ability when Shaq went to the bench was so glaring that it seared into my memory lol.

Someone already mentioned Pat Garrity so I’ll go with a few other Magic legends: Andrew DeClercq, Michael Doleac, & John Amaechi.

Nice Magic centers edition. There was also:

-Mario Kasun- European badboy that apparently had an amorous lifestyle

-Pat Burke- someone mentioned him, this guy was from Ireland, played college basketball and some overseas, moved to Orlando suburbs and playing in YMCA league, tried out for team and freaking made it. Pretty cool story.

-Tree Rollins- he was Shaq's backup during the 95 Finals, was the player that Hakeem scored the winning tip in after Shaq fouled out in overtime of game one 95 Finals. He was officially a player/coach at the time, something that does not seem to happen anymore (at least officially- ahemmm Haslem).

I used to call Andrew Declerq "stonehands" and not as a compliment....he couldn't catch anything.

Nice! I do remember seeing the first two play, Rollins I was a little younger for so don’t think I saw much of.

The Magic had a lot of random JAGs on the team during that timeframe lol. DeClercq I honestly can’t remember him being good at anything. I think he really came in at a good era for him haha.
