He got one. It was brief and unnoteworthy, like his Knick tenure.

Even though Taj is an awesome pro and more than solid human being

Some people just can't handle being told their opinion is stupid I guess.

Again that just be your opinion wouldnt it.
Clear display of arrogance.

Not really

It's not just my opinion if I'm objectively correct that trading for Westbrook and starting him over Brunson is a monumentally stupid idea

I'm sorry this is such a touchy subject for you, I'll try to be more sensitive towards your feelings in the future.

Objectively would be something you can prove with facts not just conjecture which again is your opinion . Literally you saying it’s stupid because you said so .

There are more layers to trading for Westbrook with the main positive being cap room the following year.
.
Am trying to see if there was a way to extract even more value out of it but I see it triggered immature responses and not discussion. 400 pages + these mega threads gonna become toxic so it’s not surprise to me.

another factor...does Danny Ainge really want to saddle his new young coach Will Hardy with have to answer Donovan Mitchell questions from the media every day in training camp and the regular season. He isn't some seasoned vet HC, it would probably help him if this situation is resolved before than.

That's where when Ainge says we don't have to trade Mitchell and would be fine bringing him back rings hollow to me.

If you want to trigger discussion, you should post something worth discussing, not "Westbrook make more money, Westbrook start Brunson?????"

Again, you seem like you're very sensitive to being pointed out when your opinions are bad. I'm sorry, but you really shouldn't be on the Internet if so.

Teams have access to software that can formulate every hypothetical trade scenario for them.

The longer this goes without a deal getting done, the less likely a trade happens.

It should not take this long for a series of offers and counter offers to result in a trade that works for both teams.

We have 400 draft picks for the first time in decades and the team doesn't care. It's like...WTF? Instead of participating in the draft...we are going to trade for players that we could have drafted after they sign a max deal.

What the fuq ever man. I'm no longer interested in this deal. Do it. Don't do it. I don't give a fat rats ass!

Instead of tanking a few years in the lottery they will take a few years trying to trade for overpriced players? With potential lottery picks. Unprotected. Really?

Here's my offer:

Some Oreos an eight ball and a carton of Newports. Three thousand pages of TS stats and whatever Besart can come up with while he is drunk. Oh...and ducler posting lineups like a bot! I'll sweeten the deal with a dinner date with Kornets mom and front row seats to Robert Randolph opening up for JD and the Straight Shot! Plus whatever we can get for bearadonis and Jimmit.

Throw yourself in to man . Add you as sweetener but you sound so bitter.

I'm not bitter. I'm just done with the charade. I threw you in because you suck as a poster. Jimmit... he's a broken record.

The league is a joke at this point. Fans getting hoodwinked so cry babies can get hundreds of millions of dollars to sit on a bench. I don't wanna work here anymore. Trade me to the best team so I don't have to earn my money. Then compare me to the greats of the game. Bunch of participation trophy winners. Bus riders.

You have the worst takes of all time though. I really wish I didn't mention you but...I fugged up.

Why don't you start another 5 threads for who should be the backup PG/SG/SF/PF/C?

Oh wait maybe you didnt read that RW also is a higher scorer , rebounder and assister . The latter stats by almost double.

But it’s cool , it was a theoretical suggestion . And really only to extract as much value of it as possible. A free 44m player to use vs paying to go home .

It’s ok it was only theoretical suggestion and not a hard line stance nor do I have any long term ties , feelings, opinions , loyalties about RW other than him possibly being involved in a rumor to NYK.

Tells me a lot more about you than me , having to use derogatory depictions like stupid to merely express you dont agree.

Again cool story bro, it’s R freaking W, you don’t think I know what his value across the league is?
It’s trash right ? but still more numerically productive than our guy so fn ouch.
