What's moronic about saying we don't want to give you all our picks for Donovan? LOL. If there's a better offer, take that lol. Nothing to argue about.

A deal gets made or it doesn't.

These are people who use the word "pants" instead of saying the Knicks are sh*t or ass.

It's like a bunch of cousin f*cking Ned Flanders over there.

It should not take this long for a series of offers and counter offers to result in a trade that works for both teams.

INCORRECT!!

This is not just some standard trade. This is Ainge attempting to get 2-3 more assets than even his software suggested just so he can maintain his "I Always Win And Get What I Want" reputation. Rose knows better and recognizes he has the better package than any other team. So, he can afford to wait for Ainge to be reasonable.

Rose is not going to accept any ol' deal just because the fans are getting restless. After all, he was one of the best agents/negotiators in the business and knows how the game is played. I presume he's playing this out exactly as it should be.

Too much sugar isn't racist...

By now, wouldn't Ainge have sent emails to every front office in the NBA?

I remember in 2007, the KG to Boston trade was leaked to realgm forums, and only a few days later it was official.

Who are Ainge's allies in the NBA currently? We are assuming that he won't make deals with the Heat because of Riley, or the Lakers, or maybe not even the Celtics.

Define successful.

I define successful as playing above .500. A pretty easy metric to test year after year.

In the last 30 years the Jazz have had a winning season 26 times. The Knicks have had that 12 times with the majority of those happening before 2000.

Minny overpaid that is their problem. Has nothing to do with this trade. They were desperate and got too excited at the possibility of adding Gobert. That trade was beyond stupid to include a 2029 draft pick.

Jazz receive:

• Malik Beasley
• Patrick Beverley
• Leandro Bolmaro
• Walker Kessler (No. 22 pick in 2022 Draft)
• Jarred Vanderbilt
• 2023 first-round pick
• 2025 first-round pick
• 2026 pick swap
• 2027 first-round pick
• 2029 first-round pick

They shouldn't have included the 2029 FRP and Kessler or 2026 Swap. And that would've seem more fair.

Our deal should be

D.Rose or Fournier
McBride
Quickley
T. Keels
C.Reddish
2023 NYK FRP
2023 DAL FRP
2023 DET FRP
2023 WAS FRP
2023 DEN FRP
2025 NYK FRP

That gives them 4 young players in McBride, Reddish, Quickley and Keels. 2 unprotected knicks picks and 4 protected picks.

For us, it is really 3 NYK picks because of the draft day trade. Best we hold on to our draft picks in the later years. Give them all upfront when we are more certain to be competitive.

That was for Gobert.
Good for you it shouldn’t have any bearing on this deal . If anything they peaked and should be expecting less not more.
Next year is when the that particular inflation may occur that teams may have surpass that deal . Not the next week or a month later or 1 deal later .
The market is cyclical and what goes up must come down .
Gobert was a nice haul but 18 and D still out there for 1 first rounder so Gobert package deez nuts.

We have our draft picks
They aren't Ja Morant or Zion but we have a roster full of potential
Our cap isn't in complete Heck either

We want to fire Leon for not getting trade raped?? That would be ridiculous... if he is fired the NBA needs to force Dolan to sell the team. Dolan is also being monitored in all of this

If he agrees to come off the bench. You can keep him to backup the gaurd position with Grimes.

Just play him , Brunson can backup a year and I would also try to Westbrook a lot at small forward.
3 guard lineups etc.

Or reflip him for Harrison Barnes ( expiring)
Not sure what the pros are to buying him vs just utilizing him for a year ?

my guy just said start westbrook and bench brunson. dear lord.

He could lose his job

nope.

hes tells Dolan he has 8 picks that can be traded and just delivered on Brunson.

not happening.

Leon telling Dolan this is a bad deal actually only strengthens Leon's position.

They also have the reputation for the most racist fan base in the league.

So there's that

I would argue Boston has the most racist fans.

“Leon Rose sucks. Traded the 11th pick for 3 picks we don’t want. Now he’s gonna trade 6 picks for Mitchell.”

2-3 of those 6 are gonna be the picks you don’t want lol
