Also, in fact, Christianity was, whether by chance or not, the cradle of an insane rate of human technological development over the last ~350 years. That's a pretty interesting thing.

I mean .. everything's connected to everything .. so .. meh. Obviously there was an amount of influence of basically Persian scholars on the early Renaissance. The technological exchanges at that point are hard to disentangle, with the weft and warp of the silk road and of the Arabia India ship route to add in.

But the pace of change, and even the acceleration of change over the last .. well.. you can choose a date.. but somewhere between 350 and 250 years ago is in a different scale.

I think you're trying to overthink things

I'm saying the Islamic golden age and the advancements it brought technologically predated the rise of Christianity (or rather, Europe) and was incredibly impactful, just overlooked often due to the Euro/Ameri-centric teaching of history.

Essentially, Christ had to take on the nature of man so we could have the nature of God.....it was the purpose of God taking on the nature of the flesh and dying to it and being reserrected. It was so we could share in his death (to the flesh reality) and enter into his nature (God/Kingdom reality)

On the subject of who to keep, Rose or Fournier, I like Rose’s leadership with the young players. Plus, he’s very effective in a limited role. If you trade for Mitchell, Fournier becomes a very expensive role player.

True regarding Fournier being an expensive roll player. But he could have value to a playoff bound team wanting scoring.
Rose played great when he played last year. He might have more value, especially with that shorter contract.

Regardless of who goes out, I'd look to move the other at the deadline. And note - we aren't winning anything anytime soon, so I see no point in have Rose on the team - give him a chance at a chip on good team and get a return (aka - what got us Quickly.)

If Fournier (clearly our best shooter) is an expensive ROLE Player, than mitch ( a player no one team had interest in) must be a a 100k honda accord

Or it could be that these Muslim countries now are mostly backwards as hell where terrorist attacks happen constantly and their women look like walking garbage bags.

Whatever innovation they came up with thousands of years ago went out the window apparently lol.
