You and Guan0 have nothing in common, which is why you refer to him with the zero, you don't even respect him enough to call him by his govt screen name. The only bond you two had was a mediocre backcourt which is now gone, you are a sociopath and he is a modern hippy. Melo and I share cultural links that you can't even begin to understand, it is why our union once formed is unbreakable, it's why we can disagree with one another without it devolving into insults.

You and Guan0 are a match made in hell, you will drag each other down, because you are both vengeful. Every slight you two register is remembered by the other and is used to fuel your hatred. This will result in a death spiral where an insult is finally 1 too many, and the resulting backlash will escalate things until you are at war. At which point, Melo and I will look on like so

Image

We shall see on a Friday night in December where RJ and Randle both shoot 4-20 and me and guan0 (SSJ Guano i.e. a compliment) laugh at your delusions and shared misery, and see the predictable cracks in your non TS-proof alliance.

You shall both seek refuge in our lands. And we will welcome you, for we forgive you. In due time.

What will F0urnier or Burks be shooting for the Knicks on that night? What new journeymen will you hitch your wagon to now that your God is gone? Knowing you will be watching Pistons games with bated breath, while prepping a 50,000 word essay on why we should have kept Burks over Mitchell will give me great joy. Like a true politician you're trying to spin it, you can't even capitalize the first letter in his name, embarrassing lack of respect.

Nobody wants to live in a country with a megalomaniac who is holding onto his sanity by the thinnest of jersey threads.

Guano knows not to take guan0 for an insult because of a missing capital letter, for both he and I are perfectly secure. We tease each other, sometimes even betray each other to keep things spicy, for our people are thriving, which does get stale and monotonous after a while, but we do not feel threatened. For we are focused on other other things. Greater things.

Heroes have come and gone. I pay respect to Lord Ewing even though he was a Magic and a Sonic. I pay respect to Melo even though he was a Thunder, a Blazer, a Rocket and a Laker.

I don't force loyalty upon anybody.

My friends can live their experiences. We all come back and eat delicious Braai while we tell each other tales of our respective adventures.

I think there are no circumstances under which Ainge freely takes Cam (without nyk dumping more assets to rid themselves if him), so simple salary-wise it looks inevitable that Obi plus Deuce or Grimes plus IQ will have to go.

The Knicks need, from all points of view, given they are not going to tank for Victor (a mistake), should push to see what the maximum a Brunson-Rose-Mitchell-Randle-Robinson led line up can achieve.

But think about this.. out of all those picks we're giving up, will one of them end up being better than Mitchell? History and percentages tell us there is such a small chance that could happen.

Plus, we would basically need to wait 4-5 years for it to happen. We have a proven star under contract who is 25. That's a fact, any way you slice it. Even if you don't like him, you have to admit that. Our current FO doesn't like drafting either, why would that change if we kept the picks?

Who else are we waiting for? What other young star do you think we could have gotten if we waited? Mitchell is the last one available. They all signed mega deals and are off the market.

This was the move, and this was the time to do it. I'm actually proud of our FO for once.

Well said. Under 27 elite 3 level scorer who has the proven he can play D (just not in the past couple seasons). Brunson, RJ, and Randle maybe up to 3 guys better than anyone he played with on Utah from a scoring standpoint.

We already know who would be on first 48 snitching, and you admitting to betrayals as a funsie and a game lets me know you are indeed a sociopath, you clearly upset Guan0 earlier calling him the biggest bust in history, but like a true sociopath you were unable to read human emotions. It's fitting you call Rowan a robot, when you are far more cold and sinister in your by the numbers approach. Only so long before your people are led to reeducation camp on why RAPTOR & RAPM should be valued more than their own children.

You're putting Burks in the same category as Ewing and Melo? The true mark of insanity. I would never break bread with a man who admits to betrayals, no leader other than the most poverty stricken like Guan0 would ever consort with your kind.

There is no way we dont do this trade.

I would be shocked and impressed if Leon/Aller hold the line and dont give up a “haul”.

Does anybody really see them going into training camp without the trade? They’ve been stockpiling picks n chit for this exact move and we have so many connections to Mitchell.

Im not even really opposed to getting Mitchell individually. My issue is the rest of the team doesnt look like a good fit for him at all. Other moves can happen down the line sure, but only if our guys’ values stay afloat and dont tank like Julius’ did.

But its gonna happen.
