Sigh. Why did we trade the rights to Spencer?
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

We even suck at G league trades. Spencer will play meaningful minutes in the NBA

These are not picks in the NBA draft. These are picks in the G League draft, which I didn't even know existed to tell the truth!

Folks are upset about losing Spencer? Really? He’s not even a starter in the G League.

I assume getting draft picks for Spencer puts the GoGo in a better position to, hopefully, target and draft a G league player with the potential to play in the NBA.

Spencer trade- I'm sure we all have much more faith in Wizards draft acumen and player evaluation than the Warriors'.

This is the same Wizards group that traded two G League first rounders for DeJon Jarreau; I guess they wanted one back.

Seriously? Not a single solitary one of you wanted or knew of Pat Spencer before the SL and it wasn't until the final game where he looked not so terrible.

There is alot to bitch about when it comes to the Wizards front office & ownership. This is not one of them. Pat Spencer may or may not ever play in the NBA. There's no distinguishing skill that says he might be an up and comer. He's a dime a dozen game manager and likely a career g-leaguer or overseas type.

Spencer looked solid even limited minutes in the first couple of games. He did stand out in the last few games when given more minutes. I'm curious if the Warriors can perhaps fix his finishing around the basket or even improve his 3 point shooting- he did seem to have good basketball IQ and decent athleticism although he is older.

Duncan & Hollinger with a thorough review of Summer League -- which rookies did they like or not like for what reasons? Plus much much more. It's very interesting overall.
