Lol. I knew it was Eason the moment you said he wasn't playing in Summerleague. Typical smoke screen. And yes, if Banchero didn't fall, I was taking him 6th. Lucky AF I was higher on Banchero. I was taking Eason at pick 8 next

Gotta be honest that was going to be my pick if he fell to me. Nice pick.

Murray going top 4 ruined my strategy.

Never cared for Murray (I Still don't) but the SL train strikes again.

Because you're a **** cuck who makes picks after SL play. 8-) 8-)

In my glorious wisdom, I called this weeks ago. That's why I traded for #7, I knew he wasn't going to last at #10 after the first SL game.

The m'er can't go slow, 100 miles an hour all the times. He has 8 fouls per 36, he better chill and stay on the court.

Banchero has too much talent to pass up on. And a clearer path to minutes. Had nothing to do with SL. Banchero is the flat out better long term player.

No he's not. Not for fantasy.

He's actually the worst out of the 7 selected thus far. I don't care about skills, how he can score, handle, etc.

It's fantasy. You can score with your anus for all I care, as long as you give me my god damn stats.

And Banchero doesn't have the motor and the magnet of getting stats. He'll score and that's it.

He's getting your 20 with average/low eff for a big because he likes to chuck it up from the perimeter, but with 6-7 rebounds, maybe 3 assists because he's a good passer and no defensive stats. In his prime.
That's not a fantasy stud by any means.

Clearer path to minutes? Are you joking?  Isaac, Bamba, WCJ, Franz. That frontcourt is packed.

The best rookie fantasy player last year was basically Herb Jones per the rankings. Let that sink in a bit.

....and that's if he breaks the Duke curse.

Jabari Parker, Jahlil Okafor, Marvin Bagley..even Vernon Carey were all better than Banchero as freshman bigs.

Where are they now again?

You made a blunder. You could've gotten Scottie or basically anyone you wanted in a trade.

I've never been higher on a drafted player before, I would've done anything to get him if someone else had taken him before me.

Now pick Mathurin and Sochan already, I want to get to #15 as soon as possible. :D

Bamba? He's an afterthought. lol

Franz will play the 3, Banchero the 4 and Carter the 5. There is a huge opportunity for usage in Orlando because they have literately no high usage players or scorers. Their guards are trash. Banchero will likely be putting up 17/7/4 in year one. You can basically book it.

ROballer wrote:As I brilliantly predicted beforehand, he absolutely tore up the SL with 4 DD in 5 games and 1st team all SL.

Played for one of the top defensive teams in college ball. One of the most advanced trap and switching schemes I have ever seen, literally putting even NBA teams to rest(requires effort). Heart and soul of that said team on D.
Translatable at next level and then some. Literally will be able to guard 1-5 in his sleep. There's no switch he hasn't seen, there's no guy he can't stay in front of.

7'2 wingspan, has one of the biggest hand width in NBA history for a non C, comparable to Kawhi.

Quintenssential greek god as a body, and wait, THERE'S MORE!!!

This guy has a jalapeno stuck in his anus at all times. Not only he has the measurements, HE HAS THE MOTOR FOR DAYS.

39 pts 15 reb 4.5 ste 2.5 blks per 100 possesions...119 ORT, 83 DRT, 33 PER

While playing in a major conference, and having BETTER numbers against ranked teams(unlike that twig Chet who dissapeared whenever he played a marquee opponent).

He's the Matisse Thybulle of the defensive stats with an elite college rate offensive production. Literally one of the best stat getters per minutes/possesion major conference college ball has ever seen.

This is a pure fantasy basketball god as you'll ever see.

Needless to say, with the #7 pick in the 2022 draft, ROballer selects Tari Eason.

Would have taken him at #1. No joke.
Quote me on that and we'll talk in a few months.

Gatdamn this is some sort of Fantasy Porn right here

Knew you were taking him. And I was hoping he'll be available but knowing our draft alignment per year, he's your guy
