Pretty clear to me that he's talking about Milan, Michigan. I'm guessing (from his usage of "upscale") that he was writing from Roy's BBQ & Burgers. Never been there myself, but looks cool--at least, the reviews are great!

Big fan of Andrew Bogut as a player, I joined the GSW bandwagon with him, not so keen on him as a tweeter or on his public utterances in general in his retirement. Whatever criticism Cambage is due in general which may be considerable clashing with Andrew Bogut on social media is perhaps a separate issue imo.
