Agreed. If this were to happen it would be about far more than 40-50 nights a year with basketball in the building. They have to be selling this as an entertainment and nightlife hub that will be active day and night all year round that will create thousands of solid jobs and revenue for the city. That's the only way something this extensive could get any traction with the city.
