Clown league run by a clown commissioner. What else is new? I fully expect an appeal and Goodell will increase it by 2-games as a total bull **** PR move to act like he's "doing something" to address sexual violence. It's just getting so damn hard to stand the hypocrisy. If this is the #2 or #3 WR for the Chargers, dude would be banished from the league for life.

I don't think this is the end of the discussion on Murray by any stretch. The League certainly wants to have the situation go away, but the can-of-worms is still open for both Murray and Dan Snyder, who's spent time trying to 'splain the misogynistic Washington front office shennanagins to a Congressional committee. That's after the League's whitewashing non-investigation shifted focus to a different shiny object (Gruden) and hoped things would quiet down.

Messy months ahead for Goodell and the owners.

Maybe I'm just reading the wrong pages of the ruling but the more, of the 16 page ruling, I read the less sense only 6 games make

One thing that's a little weird to me is the media loved that Tunsil trade and the dolphins strategy that season yet now that its reported that Ross told them 'draft position is more important than wins' the same media is perl clutching. It was obvious what Miami was doing.

Yeah now seeing it was the Brady/Payton stuff that got them punished.

It's more the media reaction to the alleged tanking that cracks me up. The whole 'can you believe they weren't trying to win that year' vibe is silly. Like yeah anyone with a functioning brain knew what they were doing.
