Sure.... I put the curse on him...

I forgot about Crosby still being out.

MLF said conditioning is a legit concern after last night.

I feel like they’ve gone too far to the extreme for easing players into training camp. There has to be an in between to two-a-days every day and what they are doing now with extremely light practices and so many padless practices and days off. Practices seem to all be under 2 hours as well.

It was a warm sticky eveing, and add the uptick in adrenalin flow from playing before a big crowd. Still, you could see some of the guys - linemen on both sides especially - I saw, looked gassed later in the practice.

Seems like Sean Rhyan is scuffling. Third round pick, you’d figure he’d be getting chances with the ones. Anyone with insight?

I dunno... I think linemen develop at different rates, so I don't know what to say there. The O line is such a work-in-progress with very low-mileage vets for now (Nijman is the longest serving, correct?). Apparently, for the rookies, Zach Tom has showed more to this point, so he got some snaps last Friday.

I enjoy preseason, watching guys battling for roster spots.

Week 2 I'm really interested in, will MLF play the offensive starters at all. I'm guessing he will.

Didn't LaFleur recently second-guess himself about not using the vets last year during preseason? Find the happy medium, where you limit injury possibilities, but get the "A" team into rhythm by the start of the regular season.

He was asked about it and said that last year's season opener would be considered when deciding whether to play vets at all this year in preseason

Would like to see atleast a quarter each preseason game. With the first one being the least important.

Rodgers has never played a preseason game under MLF, although he was going to play against Baltimore in 2019 but was scratched just before the game. I expect Rodgers to get a little PT in game 2 or 3 but not much. I'd be willing to bet Love gets over 80% of the preseason snaps
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

I love trying to find comps for guys, how they move, how they play and I am really struggling for Romeo. Kind of think Braylon Edwards might be the right comp.
