Chelsea are securing Chukwuemeka from us, £20 mill for him which is amazing considering he could've agreed a deal with them in Jan and just pay 500k compensation.

Weird transfer if I'm honest he complained about not being able to play and wanting first team football, but he signed for a team who are likely to upgrade his position this same summer.

While I think they've made some decent signings this summer, Chelsea's handling of their business this window has left me feeling slightly puzzled. Boehly negotiating in person seems pretty unorthodox, it's rare when you see the team's owner, or leader of the ownership group in this case, doing that at this level.

While I think they've made some decent signings this summer, Chelsea's handling of their business this window has left me feeling slightly puzzled. Boehly negotiating in person seems pretty unorthodox, it's rare when you see the team's owner, or leader of the ownership group in this case, doing that at this level.

Definitely, I think they are missing Roman. Teams are currently taking full advantage of Boehly’s naivety, I don’t get the strategy also. It feels like I’m watching real life Football Manager, it’s almost like a scatter gun approach.

Nearly 60 mill for Cucurella lol that Zinchenko deal looks a lot better in hindsight. Not to say Cucurella is bad but that’s a lot for someone with 1 good season in the prem.

Also, he's a backup for Chillwell, but probably gets in front of Alonso in the picking order.

Someone on my team at work supports Brighton and he is happy with the deal and can't believe they got that much for him. He said he's good at defending but overrated going forward, I don't know where Chelsea fit him in tbh.

To be honest, I have no idea how he played, but I heard Newcastle battered Forest and the scoreline should have been a lot higher.

When you buy that many new players, it's always going to be difficult to bed them in. I think they'll struggle for a bit.

I've wondered if Villa would explore Ndombele, he has the tools to be one of the best midfielders I just don't know if he wants it enough.

The thing is with Lo Celso, he's clearly a good player but doesn't seem to suit the pace of the Premier League. He was excellent in Spain and was a key component in Villarreal reaching the CL semis. Just never got going at Spurs, and never really showed enough.

Ndombele on the other hand is probably the worst signing in Spurs' history, and we've made some bad ones. Not because he doesn't have ability, but because he never showed any commitment to improving and his fitness was laughably bad. He looked gassed just after running around for 20 minutes. I was incredibly excited about signing him too, just feel burned out on that one in general.

Villa should steer clear, they don't need any passengers.

I've always felt he was so overrated. More championship level when I've watched him play. Would suit Forest.
