Firing Marks which also leads to firing Nash per KD's request sends a bad message to future coaches and GMs when it comes to working for Tsai. As a business man I'm sure he knows this. Does he care remains to be seen.

Scout Dedmon? Who said anyone was scouting Dedmon? Miami could go with Dedmon early on because he may understand where he's suppose to be on offense and defense while Yurtseven may not. Too many people just look at the player without the understanding that they need to play their role and understand how to read and react correctly inside of an offense or defense. Yurtseven seemed to miss his assignments a number of times last year and while that may work in the regular season, that'll get exploited in the playoffs.

Dedmon more then likely will be used as an expiring contract, this year or next. I highly doubt anyone is really looking to add Dedmon to their roster, let alone giving up some type of asset for him.

The reason I mentioned possibly paying him more to play is because he's still making almost 3 million a year from being stretched in Detroit so he still has nearly 8 million coming in over the next 3 years.

Teams can still use Dedmon. He still has good value as a player. Yurt spent four years in Georgetown, a whole year overseas and an entire year as a Heat player and got a lot of time on the court, and will get an entire training camp/preseason this year. He is in his contract year, he should be ready to contribute when the season starts. The best time for him to learn on court is at the beginning of the season. He has enough years of coaching to be able understand where to be in the court and fundamentals.

If he has enough years of coaching to be able to understand the court and fundamentals, we know he has the size and is skilled, then why wasn't he on the court last year in front of Dedmon? What changes are happening over the summer that has leaped Yurtseven over Dedmon? I think it has a lot to do with knowing where to be at on the court depending on what was going on, you obviously have a different thought, so what is it, what kept Yurtseven as the 3rd string center behind Dedmon? What is happening in the summer that has changed that situation?

Also, very few teams would trade for Dedmon to actually use him instead of developing other players, so that market is so small that it's probable Miami would get basically nothing for him. As an expiring contract, that market is probably much larger and could bring back someone they could use or an asset.

An entire year passed. Spo works on a schedule plan. Its takes an extreme situation to deviate. Yurt was designated to sit and watch for a year and then the following year gets a fair chance to compete. Its been the track record for Spo for mature inexperienced players. Mature and fundamentally sound enough not to go to G-League but inexperienced enough to just sit and watch. Duncan sat a year, Strus sat a year, DJJ sat a year and then thrown into prominent roles.

Tsai has rejected all trades to come across his desk from various reports. He has no intention to trade him and especially for what we are offering. Duncan Robinson in a trade offer alone is worth firing Marks and Nash
