For some of our Filipino brothers I've been in the midst of a month long vacation is Boracay. Got off the boat doing some parasailing with my gf and waiting on a trike back to the resort I was talking to one of the operators about the NBA out of curiosity. He said he's a Laker fan because of LeBron but rooted for us in the Finals because he's a big Jayson Tatum fan because he's humble and not like Curry, Klay, and Dray. For context probably a late 40s man, married with kids. Apparently they get to see a fair amount of games a week.

Easily the warmest people I've ever met in my life. Our country could learn a lesson or two from the Philippines.
