I wonder if some team will be crazy enough to sign Miles Bridges. I doubt it but if this were the NFL some team would absolutely sign him at a major discount.

Is Jeremy Lamb really cooked already? Sacramento passed on re-signing him and added Bazemore instead.

Why not..

Jamal Murray and MPJ for Durant?

Nuggets have Bones Hyland who’s promising for the last season. Bruce Brown is also a lowkey nice player.

Seems like almost every team just have a PnR playmaker or an off ball shooter for primary action then if denied they just dump it to their 1v1 guy to bail them out.

Good example are Suns where they run PnR with CP3 then dump to Booker for 1v1 or Booker off ball then dump it to CP3 to bail them out.

Off ball Klay then Iso Steph.
Off ball Jaylen then Iso Tatum.
Durant 2 man game then iso Kyrie.
Harden 2 man game then iso Embiid.

That said, if Celts trades for Durant. I’d expect Durant to run 2 man game then if denied, they’ll dump it to Tatum for Iso.

Our problem is Embiid is the easiest to contain one on one because he's a center and turns ball over when it defenses crash him. Not like a wing or guard.

Yeah, you probably nailed it, although I would think about Murray and Brogdon being above Simmons, injuries notwithstanding.

Yeah. At this point, Simmons, FVV, Murray and Brogdon are probably all interchangeable.

It's a damn shame that anyone can make that statement. Whether it's true or not.

Yup. And sadly wouldn’t be the first time someone squandered immense talent.

If we drafted Ingram over Ben, do you think we would have traded Ingram for Harden?

Jimmy, Ingram and Biid would have gotten it done.

I doubt we would have traded Ingram for Harden. Jimmy, Ingram, Embiid and Maxey would be a force.

I didn't see a thread but of course we open the season in Boston. May only be October, but would be a nice statement for our refreshed group of guys to come out and make a statement with a W.

Let's hope the Celtics aren't coming with Durant.
