I couldn't find any over/under odds on total wins (although I didn't dig for too long)

I checked the totals on that site again this morning for the heck of it. The highest that any total has risen (been bet up) since July 16 is by 2 points, and that's two teams. Chicago (43.5) and Detroit (28.5).


* Incidentally, the lowest that any total has dropped is also by 2 points, and that's one team. Houston (25.5)

Yup, I've noticed that as well. 28.5 is my catastrophic season win total.

Even betting folks are taking a further look at the team. A ton of talent wins you games, no matter how young it is.

Yep. That's a betting money movement for sure (vs something changing with the team's construction/expectations from the Vegas oddsmakers).

This over/under stuff should probably be in another thread, but wtf, I'm going up to Tahoe this weekend (close to Nevada sports books) and I'll put a little cash on the over. It's a win-win - either we show some serious progress or we get more ping pong balls in the lottery. Hopefully we show improvement AND get lucky in the lottery.
