Imo who called who doesn't really matter. When we last left off the two sides were engaging third parties and then vacationing. It was always coming back on.

Nah, Ainge probably took a break to try and get more from the Knicks. We'll see if it works.

More like Ainge took a break and realized he's just going in circles since NOBODY can top our offer.

I predict the deal will eventually get done, but Ainge will need to concoct a way to make it "look" like he won even if he doesn't.
