As much as I hate KG, it was a game 6 where Min was up 3-2. Had he swung back he'd be out for game 6 and probably be out for game 7.

That's his and your story and y'all are sticking to it.

KG got revealed. He didn't have to swing back. No brow beating no poking out his chest, no finger pointing, no "acting" like he wanted to step to Peeler to fight.

He literally bowed down to Peeler, a guy 7 inches shorter but has much bigger fight in him and accepted he was the Alpha. KG got neutered on National TV and forever on YouTube.

Kobe swung back, Reggie Miller swung back. KG mushed Tim Duncan in the back of the head because he knew Tim never tried to be that guy. KG tried to be that guy and got exposed twice by guys who are "that guy".

I mean I guess, idk I never knew KG had that side of his story too. Just something I wouldn't do if it's the biggest game of my career up to that point. I'd probably wait next season in game to strike back. lol

Superstar is a subjective term but based off my interpretation my answer would be Glenn Robinson.
Inadequate perception I reckon it's from the Valium

He was the shooting guard version of Antoine Walker lol.

Ugly choice. I remember Waiters coming into the NBA draft, and thinking he'd be an efficient scorer with plus defence. Oops, or as the kids would say, Big Yikes.

I would say a non superstar player is a player that never made and all-star team in their career. So for me it would be Ricky Rubio. Besides him some of my favorites would be,

Bobby Jackson
Derek Fisher
Kirk Hinrich
Mark Madsen
Mike Miller
Robert Horry
Shane Battier
Steve Kerr
Patty Mills
Udonis Haslem

No jokes, it's Steve Kerr. I already knew at the age of 10 the type of player I would be if I played organized basketball. Stand still three point shooter.

Mahmoud Abdul Rauf- He was the first that I watched that pulled up for three.
Sam Perkins- People ridiculed him for shooting 3's, but dude extended his career by becoming a 3 and D player.

I think every area has those sort of players. I remember back in the 90s and early 2000s, guys like Melvin Levett (who?) and Ruben Patterson had a big fanbase in the Cincinnati area. Kentucky had guys like Ron Mercer, Scott Padgett and Jeff Sheppard (again, who?).

Lol Melvin "the Levitator" Levett wow that was really a callback to early 2000's he had ups! Took me back to the Kenyon Martin and Chris Porter days!

Danny Fortson was another one. I remember all the kids at my school wanting his rookie cards back in the day.

I loved Danny Fortson for a while. I was big on undersized rebounding beast type guys. Also Michael the Animal Smith, not so much Popeye Jones, but there were a few others. Rodman LDO.

I forgot about that. KG exposed Tim for the punk he is. He couldn't hit back against a guy skinnier than him?? Scared.
