CBS Extends Champions League Deal At $250M Per Year

CBS has extended its Champions League deal at $250 million per year through 2030, which represents an increase of 250 percent of the previous deal.

The current Paramount deal is for $100 million per season for the English language rights for 2021-24.

In May, CBS drew a U.S.-record for a Champions League final broadcast in English with a 2.76 million average audience for Real Madrid\'s 1-0 win over Liverpool.

Hopefully they put more games on actual TV (CBS) and not hide most of them on Paramount + or whatever. A lot of these games are on in the day time anyways, & no one is watching daytime CBS shows
