The AC is a non issue. Not even LBJ would cramp up, given the low instensity nature of the game.

However, it should have been clear how many people they were going to admit. Plus there should have been waaay more security. The Drew league handles this kind of stuff much better, but they're used to having big names, like Harden, LBJ and Kobe come and play.

However, it should have been clear how many people they were going to admit. Plus there should have been waaay more security. The Drew league handles this kind of stuff much better, but they're used to having big names, like Harden, LBJ and Kobe come and play.

This. It sucks because this kinda thing is great for the fans and great for the game but it has to be done right. These guys are basically investments worth many millions of dollars and that’s just the business side. To the players themselves, they’re risking millions of dollars and their careers playing absolutely meaningless games.

This was a **** but even if the court was perfect and the overbearing fans weren’t an issue, there’s always a chance of some stupid injury happening. The guy guarding LeBron was playing physical defense and I get it because for him this is his opus but the stars don’t want that stuff.

IT was playing and he’s the biggest example of why sometimes u gotta put yourself first even though it goes against competitive spirit. IT played through injury for the Celtics and it ended up costing him millions of millions of dollars. He did the “right thing” that fans love and played through it for the playoffs but NBA teams are businesses and they don’t care about you. Kawhi is on the other end of the spectrum where he understands that and isn’t willing to risk his big paydays for teams/companies that don’t care about him at the end of the day.

This game was so disappointing because big time NBA players went out of their way to put on a show for the fans and grow the game in a situation where they realistically have nothing to gain and a lot to lose if something goes wrong, and it went terribly. Now it will be an uphill battle getting the big time players to play in these games in the future. Oh well at least Usman got dropped.

I think that surprised them. They had people lined up way before the game which they weren’t used too. I’m glad he called it.
