Might be double reverse chicanery going by both Rose and Ainge, where RJ ISN'T in the deal, but it makes 90% of the fanbase accept that losing Obi and Grimes wasn't so bad after all.

I gave up on him at about halfway through his last season here. I still think he has the tools to be a good 3 and d guy, but not the mental strenght.
