You know Jordan Love sucks just based on how hard people are trying to convince everyone that he doesn't suck.

Bukowski does love to troll people who're overly critical of the team/players. Not quite Vic Ketchum levels of homer, but it's definitely gotten more noticeable since the Love draft. That said, Love had a really good and promising outing. Don't know about "light years" ahead of where he was last year, but MLF and all the outside observers aren't just blowing smoke up people's asses when we have actual film of the good throws he made. The people try-harding to convince everyone that Jordan Love sucks are just as obnoxious as that tweet (because yes, that was Rodgers' rookie year).

MLF, Rich, Bakh, Tonyan have all been on a podcast called "bussin with the boys", listened to the mlf one and it was pretty good (outside of the host being unbearable to listen to).

Don't mind showing the Love vs Rodgers preseason stuff. I member casuals calling for everyone to be fired after seeing Rodgers miss every throw. His release was ugly as hell, he seemed to miss easy throws and looked shook. Love has looked lost at times, but flashes some competence. I don't expect the packers to get their 3rd hall of fame QB out of Love. But if he can be a top tier game manager/possible pro bowler, that'd be great. Packers look to be moving towards the ground and pound with elite defense (wish they did it earlier in rodgers career). Love could turn out to be solid and keep the packers in division/playoff contention every year if this is the case. However, those that hate the love pick will then use the "game manager" as a reason you don't waste a pick on a QB like that in the late first. I think it was a good move, and will not judge until Love actually is the starter for GB or someone else.

Rubley's late game audible and the subsequent reactions to it from my dad and uncles was one of the most unintentionally funny sports memories of my lifetime.

Packers.com on 5 things learned from LaFleur's presser (Aug 27):
https://www.packers.com/news/5-things-learned-from-packers-head-coach-matt-lafleur-aug-27-2022

4. Special teams remain a significant work in progress.

While acknowledging special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia auditioned players up and down the roster for potential roles, requiring constant personnel changes from rep to rep each preseason game, LaFleur said the film from Thursday's game was upsetting beyond the poor results.

He said players were seen using "made-up techniques" that aren't coached in practice, and not giving legitimate effort in the game's third phase. Without naming names, he indicated the film showed plenty of reasons for certain players to get cut by Tuesday.

"It was definitely not good enough the other night, that's for sure," he said. "We definitely got it taken to us pretty good by Kansas City, and our guys understand that. We're never going to run from that or hide from that."

I don't think that's accurate at all. His takes are unpopular at the time of presentation, but tend to age well.

No opinion about this one.

Bewildered anger that day.

Today I find it really amusing that someone can completely entrench himself as being known for one thing to millions(?) of people, due to a 10-second sequence nearly 30 years ago. I wonder if anyone has asked him about it.
