I did like him for the most part. The stuff with his wife was just weird, though.

New season of Hacks was good and seemed like a good point to end the series, the characters have grown so much. It's been renewed. Another season seems perilous but they know what they're doing.

I was in college at the time and a total hippie and remember thinking it was ridiculous they were headlining a 'woodstock' with metal bands. Absolutely ridiculous that they thought it was going to be peace and love with that lineup. Also the promotors cut a **** ton of corners and were negligent.

The real 90s Woodstock was Phish 99 new years festival down on the Seminole reservation. Other than the traffic jam getting in that was an epic festival. The first ever Bonnaroo in 2002 was also awesome, now tye lineups suck.

Speaking of festivals anyone here attend any of the Big Wu family reunion in Black River Falls in the late 90s/early 2000's? Those were small but awesome.

I thought HBO's Woodstock 99 documentary was bad, and Netflix's Woodstock 99 doc was good. There was stuff from Saturday and Sunday night in the Netflix doc that I wasn't aware of, and I thought they did a good job hammering home that it was a disaster born out of awful infrastructure and greedy corporations.

I was at the first Bonaroo. Slept on the freeway in a traffic jam, moved our car 10 feet every half hour. Great festival. Had a blast. No major issues, but some water shortages. Paid a farmer $20 to drive thru his field to get out, best $20 ever spent.

Went to one of those Big Wu family reunions at Black River falls. Also went to one of the smaller fests in Eau Claire at a place just called The Farm outside the city. Those guys were great.

I like that show. Agreed that it seemed to reach a good end but I guess it was only 2 seasons and they want more.

My buddy and I were *this* close to going to Woodstock '99.

I'll save my HOTD comments for a bit, as I'm on the fence after a couple episodes.

But has anyone watched Mo on Netflix? I'm halfway in, and it gives me some serious Atlanta vibes. I've seen Mo's stand up special (which is hilarious) and I've seen him in person, and I'm a big fan. I hope this show starts getting traction soon.

It just looked miserable. Hot and lack of resources (water, food, showers, campsites). In the end, I like how the HBO doc pointed out how Woodstock was replaced (Coachella, Bonnaroo, etc). and the major change was creating a festival class system.

Watched the first two episodes of The Patient (FX/Hulu). Excellent. Steve Carrell is great. Each episode is only about 22 minutes. Created by the guys who did The Americans.

Yeah, I’m fully invested in Westeros again after three episodes of HotD.

Also rewatching GoT with the gf for her first viewing. We just stared season 3 and she wants to be Dany for Halloween. I told her she might want to finish the series first.

I'll watch it, if only because I'm a sucker for basically any murder mystery. I thought Knives Out was a perfectly enjoyable movie, but I guess I didn't understand the massive hype and love that it got, certainly not enough to warrant making a uh, "universe" out of it. I still don't get the reason for the obnoxiously cartoonish southern accent that Craig decided to go with...

Watched the first two episodes of Rings of Power. I enjoyed it, been mostly world set up so curious where they take it going forward. Not sure why some of the internet seems down on the show.
