Cole was a steal at #15 and should be staying on this roster unless he's packaged for a legitimate starting guard who can space the floor. Period.

He puts up strong box score numbers but is inefficient. I would agree that he was a good pick at 15. At some point you have to rank who you need to develop and in order. I'd argue given both performance and where they were drafted Paolo, Wagner and Suggs are ahead of Cole. Suggs is the key here. For Orlando to really figure him out he needs to see minutes at PG.

This goes for Suggs, Fultz, Hampton as well.

Now it looks again like there’s really no timetable for Isaac. Fultz is also in the shelf with an uncertain return. Given their absences what should Orlando roll out as their rotation? Here’s mine:
C WCJ (30)
PF Banchero (30)
SF F. Wagner (30)
SG G. Harris (28)
PG J. Suggs (28)
Bench: Anthony (30), Bamba (25), Okeke (21) Ross (19)

1. Cole is best suited as a closing 6man. Would still get started min
2. Suggs needs to be tested as a 1 - he was drafted high as that position
3. Harris needs to be tried for a come back year. He makes sense in that backcourt now

Gary Harris is also out without timeline, he torn meniscus month ago and as usual, nobody is bothering to ask Weltman about timetable of return.

The lineup that is propelling now - with Suggs at the 1 and swapping Bol for the injured Isaac seems to be working…
