It's baseball, so it's entirely possible that Richards/Kikuchi muddle through 5 IP and given up 2 runs, and we win running away.

I hope they see the light now.

Incredible turnaround!
Maybe an indication that people should flip the **** out because someone has a bit of a slump. But that's probably too much to ask.

Common, Jack! He's not been particularly good this year. The trade idea was strongly focused on what the potential return could be. Would need to be outstanding. Also depends on how/where the organization wants to spend their money. Trading Austin Martin seemed a little premature.. but was smart based on internal opinions. And I'm not certain the book is written on Bo yet.. At the very least, he's #21 in asset value! No one's ******* out. Glad to have him. Just don't swing like a maniac and cut the locks! LOL!

Despite his early-season slump and his troubles throwing, he's been one of the best shortstops in baseball over the full season. That's pretty damned useful.

He was hitting .289/.335/.502 from May 1st entering today, and his numbers are even better now. It was basically just an early-season slump.

The way Tabby and Dan have been mentioning tomorrow's SP as "he who must not be named" I have a feeling it's The Kooch.

June OPS: .723
July OPS: .719
August OPS: .743
September OPS entering today's game: 1.171
He's been more bad than good. There's good reason he was moved down in the lineup for a time there.
